We receive collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. When you type in your information into our contact forms and via email we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. We assume that you agree to the collection of your personal information and that it will be used for the specific reasons stated.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. They provide us with the online platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  The data obtained from taking the medical history is the minimal necessary to enable me to carry
out a safe and effective means of treatment. Any data will be appropriately stored and only shared
among the necessary health care providers with your consent.

 

Communications
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any agreement we may have with you. Footworks uses cookies for analytics and to display content.  Please note Third Parties, such as Google Analytics, Wix, and applications from the Wix app market may utilise cookies and other tracking technologies.  They will have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information which are not covered by the Footworks Privacy Policy.

 

How long do we retain your information?

Your business name, website address, contact details (these will not be displayed on our website and is for contact purposes only stated in the communications section), comments, feedbacks, reviews, recommendations and any photos may be stored indefinitely for display purposes on our website.
